We welcome new year with big bang, firecrackers, loud music and sheer anticipation. We face the year with youthful glee and anticipation. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the four poor souls in my report to Allvoices. The four souls welcomed 2010 with death. It somehow gives me the goose bumps that one of these four actually lived four blocks from my residence.
